Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Is late check-out available?

Yes, late check-out is available upon request for an additional charge.

What are your hours of operation? Is the lobby open 24 hours?

Our lobby and front desk are open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. All check-ins and check-outs must be processed within this time range.

Do you offer free parking?

Yes, the Turf Hotel offers complimentary on-site parking for all hotel guests and lounge/patio visitors.

Do you provide free Wi-Fi or cable TV in the rooms?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms. All rooms also include free cable TV.

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately, pets are not permitted in any of our rooms.

Do you offer rooms suitable for children?

No, our rooms currently cannot accommodate children.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No, we are a smoke-free building, including all rooms and public areas.

Is daily housekeeping provided?

Housekeeping service is currently provided once per week. We hope to expand this service soon.

Can I request extra towels and linens?

Yes, the front desk can provide extra towels and linens upon request, at their discretion.

Do you offer laundry service?

No, we are currently unable to provide laundry services.

Can I request an extra bed?

No, we do not offer rollaway beds.
Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests.

Do you have safes in the rooms?

No, our rooms do not include safes.

Are there noise restrictions?

Yes, our quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and this applies to all rooms and public areas.

Do you have an elevator or escalator?

No, please note that all guest rooms are located on the second floor and are accessible only by stairs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers at this time.

Do you offer complimentary breakfast?

No, we do not provide complimentary breakfast. However, every room includes a coffee maker.

Do your rooms have kitchenettes or cooking appliances?

No, our rooms do not include kitchenettes or cooking appliances. They are not equipped to meet fire safety standards for in-room cooking. Guests who bring in unauthorized appliances will be immediately removed from the hotel, forfeit their room charges, and may be fined up to $250.

What is the nearest international airport?

The closest international airport is Vancouver International Airport (YVR). It is easily accessible by vehicle or public transit. The nearest SkyTrain station, Scott Road Station, is just a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Is The Turf Hotel easily accessible?

Yes, we are located next to the Pattullo Bridge in Surrey, directly across from New Westminster Quay.

What amenities are available at the hotel?

The Turf Hotel features several on-site businesses, including a nightclub, lounge, and restaurant.

Do you have a banquet hall for events?

We do not have a banquet hall; however, we host private events in our Turf Lounge, which can be booked upon request. Please visit our Lounge page for more information.

How can I book a room?

To book your stay online, visit our homepage, scroll to BOOK NOW, enter your preferred dates, number of guests, and room type, then complete your reservation.

What information is required to book a room?

You will need a valid government-issued ID and a credit card, Visa Debit, or Mastercard Debit card.

Why do you need my credit card information?

Your credit card details are used to secure your reservation in case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation. Failure to show up or a late check-out may result in additional charges.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can extend your stay based on availability. Please contact the front desk, and we’ll assist with checking availability and processing your extension.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged as follows:
1–3-night stays: Full reservation amount (up to $250).
4+ night stays: $250 charge.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
• All sales are final on the day of check-in.

Do you offer travel protection?

Yes, we offer Travel Protection for illness or travel delays.You must book online and select the travel protection option at the time of reservation, accepting the terms and conditions.

I purchased travel protection and want to cancel my reservation. What should I do?

Click the Travel Protection link in your confirmation email. You’ll be directed to a secure online portal where you can request a full refund.
